Bathroom routines are a growing challenge with age.
We are living longer with more years spent managing chronic conditions. As physical and cognitive abilities decline, the bathroom becomes the most dangerous room in the home.
Showers and tubs are the most common sites of falls.
Bath-Shower combinations become a burden.
Assistive products trade dignity for support.
There is an opportunity to improve the Bath Shower experience for older adults who need support to cross wet surfaces.

Support needs to move with, but not get away from user. Pivot joint needs to counteract sudden force.
